Retention Manager

The Arrive Marketing team is excited to be scaling and wants people who are craving an opportunity for big impact with other passionate marketers. We are looking to add a Retention Marketing Manager – who will focus on maximizing repeat bookings, repeat rates, and LTV for our consumer brands (ParkWhiz and BestParking) and partners. Reporting to the Marketing Director, the successful candidate will ensure our overall retention strategy works across all applicable digital touchpoints including email, push, and in-app messaging. This hire will help kickstart reengagement to parkers after the impact of COVID while also helping shape the structure of the marketing team and function. 

What you'll do:

  • Manage cross platform engagement strategy that drives retention and repeat purchase growth for our consumer brands email, push, in-app, and social channels
  • Have a crucial hand in developing an industry best-in-class loyalty program
  • Own and manage the consumer database - working with Analytics team on reporting and analysis - embracing data in decision making
  • Collaborate with creative team to develop engaging and personalized messaging for hyper local content
  • Lead day-to-day retention efforts - establishing clear strategy and KPIs for consumer retention that align to company goals
  • Execute and optimize CRM programs while determining paths to grow the team in other areas of acquisition with rest of marketing team to formulate 
  • Manage relationship with CRM development agency in development and execution of email marketing, push, and in-app campaigns
  • Have a hand in user research to continually improve the customer lifecycle through messaging, targeting, and incentives
  • What you brIng to the table:

  • Proven experience managing an email marketing retention program and referral tools like Braze, Mailchimp, SaaSquatch, etc.
  • Passion for digging deep into data to uncover hidden opportunities
  • Knowledge on how to reconcile the art and science of retention programs
  • The ability to implement and execute email marketing strategy
  • Experience with mobile app marketing including push notifications, in app messaging, loyalty, etc. for consumer ecommerce brands - ideally in hyper-growth mode
  • Analytics and reporting capabilities with Looker, Tableau (or similar visualization tools) coupled with an understanding of Google Analytics to tie acquisition and CRM together in a seamless customer experience
  • Ability to forecast and track against goals and budgets 
  • Desire to take ownership and drive change - you aren’t comfortable with the status quo
